STAIRCASE C/D (THE STAIRCASE IN THE CENTRE OF THE INNER COURTYARD) – FLOOR 1

Rules to be observed:

• It is forbidden to use the venue’s communal areas (inner courtyard and corridors), except at the start and end of the party (to smoke or spend time outdoors, please use the terrace). It is also forbidden to make a noise or cause damage in the aforementioned communal areas (which are monitored by CCTV).
• It is strictly forbidden to use fireworks or similar items on the terrace, inside the loft, within the block of flats, or in the surrounding outdoor area
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises; Smoking is ONLY permitted on the terrace
• Should a guest be found in possession of alcoholic drinks brought from outside, or, in any case, in a state of intoxication or drunkenness, they will be asked to leave immediately. 
• It is forbidden to connect your own electrical devices to METROLOFTEVENTI’s sockets, unless expressly authorised to do so as decided by management, with the exception of chargers for PCs and mobile phones.

• We would like to remind guests that the Host (i.e. the guest of honour) is required to return the venue in the same condition as it was provided, apart from normal wear and tear resulting from an event or party. Should you fail to comply with this obligation, you may face civil and criminal liability. We therefore trust that you will cooperate fully.
