Happy New Year!!! Let’s kick things off with METROLOFTEVENTI

Hey guys, here we go! We’re just a few days away from the New Year and the preparations for METROLOFTEVENTI We’re raring to go… We won’t be spending New Year’s Eve 2024 together at the venue to celebrate with you, as the venue won’t be ready until sometime in January, but… we’d still like to raise a virtual toast.
On the other hand, there’s certainly no shortage of work at the moment!
Creating an event venue requires a combination of creativity, organisation and attention to detail – far more than you might imagine! The care and dedication put into the preparations can really make all the difference when it comes to offering customers a memorable experience. Right from the very first event. We’re well aware of this, which is why we’re giving it our all.

Here are some of the key steps we have taken over the past few weeks, as we look forward to opening our doors:

🎯 Design and interior décor: The aim is to create an attractive and functional space. We have chosen furnishings, lighting and decorations that complement the venue’s chic and minimalist theme, and which are versatile enough to suit a variety of events.

🎯 Facilities and equipment: We’re carrying out a final check to make sure we have all the equipment needed to host events, such as tables, chairs, sound and lighting systems, a well-stocked storeroom, a cloakroom, etc.

🎯 Services offered:  Catering, bars, photography services, audiovisual equipment, support staff, agreements and partnerships with suppliers: the phone at METROLOFTEVENTI is ringing off the hook at the moment, as we sort out the final details and meet with our partners.

🎯 Event management: We have drawn up procedures and protocols for managing events on site, including staff coordination, guest management and the resolution of any issues that may arise during the events. We are currently submitting them to our legal adviser and a number of colleagues for final feedback: this is a very important stage for us.

🎯 Insurance and liability: We are currently finalising appropriate insurance cover to protect our guests from any risks associated with the events we host.

🎯 Feedback and improvements: We are already gathering feedback from our existing customers, which will help us “fine-tune” things ahead of the official opening, and we are using this information to make continuous improvements and optimise the guest experience.
